Our Story
Chatton House is a small-batch jewelry studio specializing in lost-wax casting. Every design starts as a hand-sculpted original or a precision 3D print, then is invested, burned out, and cast in precious metals.
We believe jewelry should be more than decoration — it should carry meaning, weight, and craftsmanship you can feel. Each piece is finished by hand, inspected for quality, and made to last generations.
From sterling silver to 14k gold, we work with materials that honor the artistry of the design. No shortcuts, no mass production — just honest metalwork.
How We Work
Every piece begins as a concept — sketched, refined, and modeled digitally or sculpted by hand.
High-resolution resin printing creates the wax pattern, which is invested in plaster for the burnout cycle.
Molten metal is poured into the flask under vacuum or centrifugal force, capturing every detail.
Each casting is cleaned, polished, and finished by hand to achieve the perfect surface and fit.
